To encourage the adoption of vegetable oil (Plant Oil Diesel) fuel worldwide through the promotion of oil, components, and vehicle mechanics' standards while endorsing companies that follow these standards; and to share the facts of the fuel that Rudolf Diesel himself predicted would one day be as important as petroleum.
